Refund Policy

At DEMO-COMPANY EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (Brand Name: Careerskale), we value our learners and aim to maintain transparent, fair policies to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms associated with token amounts and seat booking charges, in alignment with our internal practices and client-centric approach.

Upon confirming a seat with Nextskilledge, learners are required to pay a token amount as per our internal enrollment process.
This token amount signifies the learner's commitment and enables us to initiate necessary academic and administrative arrangements.
Note: The token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to reserve a seat and begin backend processing aligned with the learner's interests.

If a seat is unavailable from our partnered institution or university, a partial refund will be processed after deducting operational charges.
If the learner voluntarily cancels the seat after booking, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.
In case of a delay in document submission from the learner's side, which leads to unavailability of the seat, the amount paid will also be non-refundable.
In any scenario where a refund is initiated by Careerskale, it may take 15–20 working days to process the refund. This timeline is due to coordination with our university partners and the payment gateway team.
